My Cabo Time Transportation – Cancellation Policy

At My Cabo Time Transportation, we understand that travel plans may change. Our goal is to make your booking process smooth and transparent while maintaining fairness for both our valued guests and our professional chauffeurs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, reschedules, and refunds for any service booked through our website www.mycabotime.com, email, or authorized representatives.

1. General Cancellation Terms

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to mycabotime@gmail.com or reply through your booking confirmation link.

Cancellations are confirmed only when acknowledged in writing by My Cabo Time.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

2. Cancellation Timeframes and Refunds​​​
Notice Period (Before Pickup Time) Refund Eligibility
48 hours or more 100% refund of the total service amount.
24 to 48 hours 50% refund of the total service amount.
Less than 24 hours No refund (non-refundable).
No-show (failure to appear) No refund (non-refundable).
Note:
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please notify us immediately. We will adjust your pickup time at no extra charge, subject to vehicle availability.

3. Airport Pickup Grace Period

Drivers monitor real-time flight schedules to accommodate delays.

A 60-minute grace period is provided from the time your flight lands.
-
After 60 minutes, a waiting fee may apply or the booking may be marked as a no-show, depending on driver availability.

4. Modifications and Rescheduling

Modifications to your booking (such as time changes, destination updates, or passenger count) can be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled service, at no additional cost.

Changes requested less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

If a modification cannot be accommodated and the passenger chooses to cancel, the cancellation terms above will apply.

5. Group Bookings & Private Events

Group or multiple-vehicle bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellation.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup for such bookings are non-refundable due to reserved vehicle blocks and driver allocations.

Custom itinerary bookings (weddings, tours, or private events) may have separate cancellation terms provided at the time of confirmation.

6. Weather, Safety, and Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases of severe weather, road closures, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions), My Cabo Time reserves the right to:

Modify, delay, or cancel a service for passenger and driver safety.

Offer a reschedule or a full refund if service cannot be provided.
We are not liable for missed flights or events caused by delays beyond our control, including air traffic issues, customs delays, or traffic conditions in Cabo San Lucas.

7. Partial Refunds and Special Considerations
Refunds or credits may be granted at the company’s discretion for circumstances such as:

Medical emergencies (documentation required).

Flight cancellations by the airline with verified proof.

Other exceptional conditions evaluated by management.
Such refunds, when approved, are typically processed within 10 business days.

8. No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when:

The passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location and time.

The driver waits beyond the grace period and cannot reach the passenger.
-
No communication is received within 60 minutes of arrival (for airport pickups) or 15 minutes (for hotel/villa pickups).
No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling will require a new booking.

9. Early Returns or Unused Services
No refunds or credits will be issued for partially used services or early termination of a trip once the vehicle is dispatched or the service has begun.

10. Company Rights
My Cabo Time reserves the right to:

Cancel or refuse service in cases of unsafe passenger behavior, suspected intoxication, or disrespect toward drivers.

Deny refunds for cancellations not meeting the time requirements above.

Modify this policy without prior notice when necessary for business, safety, or regulatory reasons.
