Welcome to My Cabo Time Transportation (“My Cabo Time,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking, confirming, or using our transportation services, you (“Client,” “Passenger,” or “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Overview
My Cabo Time Transportation is a licensed and insured private transportation service based in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, offering airport transfers, private shuttles, and concierge transportation.
Our goal is to provide a seamless, comfortable, and safe travel experience for every guest.

2. Reservations & Payments

All reservations must be made through our official website (www.mycabotime.com), via phone, or through an authorized My Cabo Time representative.

Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved electronic methods as stated during checkout.

Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice.

Bookings are confirmed once payment and booking details have been successfully received.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled service: 100% refund.

Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the service: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up time: Non-refundable.

No-shows (failure to appear at the designated location/time) are non-refundable.

In case of flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling, please notify us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate you at no extra charge, subject to availability.

4. Service Conditions

All services are private and non-shared unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Passengers must ensure that all booking details (flight number, arrival time, name, destination, etc.) are accurate.

Any incorrect or missing information may result in delays or missed pickups, for which My Cabo Time is not responsible.

Our chauffeurs will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight arrival. Beyond that, additional waiting fees may apply.

Smoking, illegal substances, or unruly behavior are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

My Cabo Time reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or unlawful.

5. Luggage and Personal Items

Each passenger is allowed a reasonable amount of luggage (1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person).

Oversized or excessive baggage must be disclosed at booking time. Additional fees may apply.

My Cabo Time is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during transport.

6. Liability & Insurance

All vehicles are fully insured and operated by licensed, professional drivers in compliance with Mexican transportation regulations.

My Cabo Time is not liable for delays, missed flights, or events caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the unlikely event of an accident, our insurance covers passengers in accordance with Mexican law.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they carry appropriate travel insurance for personal items and health coverage.

7. Modifications and Delays

My Cabo Time reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or operational issues.

In such cases, an equivalent service or full refund will be offered.

We are not responsible for delays caused by airline schedule changes or customs procedures at the airport.

8. Customer Conduct

Passengers must treat our staff and vehicles with respect.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the client.

Food, drinks (except water), or pets may only be allowed with prior consent.

9. Privacy Policy

My Cabo Time respects your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.

We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties unless required by law.

All payment information is securely processed using encrypted and verified systems.

10. Airport Pickup Instructions

Upon arrival, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

Our representative or driver will meet you at the designated meeting point holding a My Cabo Time sign with your name.

For any issues locating your driver, please call the phone number provided in your booking confirmation immediately.

11. Force Majeure
My Cabo Time shall not be held responsible for service interruptions or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate courts located in Baja California Sur.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking with My Cabo Time Transportation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.​​
